Hello everyone, i have a lot of favourite sport. Such as, jogging is my favourite sport. That is because it can make me become healthier and also maintain my stamina. I'am long distance person. I took marathon (4x100m, 4x400m, 4x500m and others) in my primary and secondary school. jog can release my stress. I always ask my brother or my father jog at difference places. If i'am busy, i will jog on the treadmill.
Other than that, i love to swimming. My father build a swimming pool at my house. so i can swim whanever i want.Swimming has been my favourite sport since i was very small. Act, swimming is a good activities that provide individuals with several physical benefits.It also best workout for our body.It will relaxes my mind and control my exhaled and inhaled. It has many benefits.
My next favourite sport is handball. I like it because it is very rough and because it is team sport. There are 6 players and one goalkepper.I can have to give many goals as possible in 60 mins. Handball is very rough sport and also difficult. I have to run a lot an must be strong bacause I'am centre. Handball helps me relax and keeps me fit.However handball is dangerous sport and can easily hurt myself or somebody.But, i like handball very much and i Play it very well. I have a lot friends because I play out from my school. I got first place in my secondary school. I'am so excited and happy. I miss all my memories with them!
